Our lunch on Friday just back to basic dim sum, nothing fancy, no cute presentation, no sophisticated decor and medicore flavors and quality. Just simplicity and old school items that not served everywhere, but without the push carts. This missing nostalgic vibe is made up with an extensive wine selection offered. Hidden away on 3rd floor of free parking lot away from the bustling Empire Centre Plaza with convenient free covered parking. Open daily from 9am for breakfast with discounted items plus percentage off if paid before 11am, but still reasonably cheaper than other establishments in the plaza for the luxurious grand vibe they do provide.

Flavour may be a bit overly salty for some. Lots of tables of various sizes during the Sunday we went. Kitchen accepted our request to change the meat to chicken for our rice noodle. Be careful if you are allergic to prawns as they put prawns in many “vegetable” dish , e.g. lotus root cake, steamed chicken buns, and soy sheet “bamboo” rolls (鮮竹卷) Update (May 31, 2025) - Went there again with parents. Saw 2 lunch sets with 4 items. I picked the seafood congee one. Glad to see that steamed dim sum in deep bamboo dish has 4 pieces. This applies to their mochi dessert as well. Very tasty overall. A small disappointment came from a mistake on the menu: they provided us with durian mochi instead of “紫薯糯米糍” promised on the set lunch menu. We also order their black cod with eggplant which imao is very good.

A nice big high ceilings and big windows Chinese restaurant. It's good enough for a dim sum lunch and dinner since the place is comfortable and roomy. It's a good Chinese restaurant if you are meeting your friends and family since it's comfortable and not noise. They offer 20% off for the dim sum and free tea in the morning until 11am Monday to Friday. This is a good deal if you can go in the morning. There are plenty of free parking too. Since the restaurant is big, sometimes you may find no enough staff there. The price is reasonable and food is quite good. They have some promotion combo and special price in lunch time. If you are in this area, you can try it once.

This is the first time dining for dimsum here over 3 years. Restaurant looks very bright with its large windows, high ceilings and beautiful chandeliers. Definitely the spot to book for banquets and any special occasions! Service from the waiters/waitresses were friendly and welcoming. The food tasted amazing and the portions were generous. The food didn’t taste too salty or greasy. I especially loved the lava yolk steam buns where the custard oozed out as soon as you took a bite out of it. The durian dessert rice ball was flavourful and delicious and you can see the chunks of durian. Will definitely come again!

Tucked away on the 3rd floor of the parkade, the food is definitely high end amazing. King Crab cooked to perfection. Portuguese style rice super flavorful. But nothing beats their warm tofu dessert. It's honestly the best I've ever had. The super high ceilings and large floor to ceiling windows provide lots of natural lighting giving the place a very airy and open feel. Each person gets 2 pairs of chopsticks - communal use and personal use, which I thought was brilliant since most other places have shared communal sets, if any at all. The platters are very large. Suitable for family style and banquets. It would definitely be a memorable treat for banquet guests and loved ones.

This was my first time here. Our families heard of their dim sum pricing specials here, especially the 20% off, which applies when you pay before 11am. Luckily we had family coming into Vancouver from Ottawa and we arrived when their doors opened first thing in the morning. By the way the parkade here is notoriously tight. Since we came early we just all lined up so we wouldn’t get door dinged from strangers. Upon entering the dining area, it’s very spacious with high ceilings. We reserved 4 tables with a dozen people or less each. The service is very friendly and the staff loved all the kids . Every dish that came out was hot and fresh. The quality is great and the portions are good. I would definitely come back and try out their dinner menu in the future.

I truly enjoyed the food! The dim sum was delicious, service was exceptional and the ambiance was beautiful. The food wasn’t greasy or full of msg. I would definitely come back and make this my regular dim sum place.
